By purchasing the 13SECTOR.COM Privilege Card, you are agreeing to the following specific terms and conditions of the Card Agreement. You understand that 13SECTOR.COM and its vendors and partners (collectively, "13") make available online information and services to cardholders of this program ("Cardholders"). By ordering or purchasing the Card, submitting your information or using the Card you are indicating that you are 7 years old or older and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are over 7, but under 18 you are also indicating that you have received consent from your parent or guardian and they have agreed on your behalf to be bound by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. You acknowledge that the Agreement may be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes will appear on this page. It is your responsibility to refer to the Agreement prior to using the Card. You will be deemed to have accepted any change to this Card Agreement if you continue to use the Card after that change has been posted here.

The 13SECTOR.COM Privilege Card is a fee-based program that provides Cardholders with 13SECTOR.COMvings and benefits offered by participating Partner SPOTS online and at merchant locations in Chandigarh

1. Eligibility

Any resident or Visitor to Chandigarh is eligible to enroll for the card. If you are under 18 years old, you must receive consent from your parent or guardian to be eligible. 13SECTOR.COM reserves the right to limit the availability of any Special Edition Cards to specific channels. It is absolutely imperative that you provide your Current Residential Address, Blood Group and Emergency Contact Number along with a signed Enrollment form to be eligible for enrolling in the program.

2. Card Purchase

When you purchase the Privilege Card, you must provide 13SECTOR.COM with accurate and complete information (including but not limited to name and shipping address) and advise 13SECTOR.COM of any changes by contacting Card Services. 13SECTOR.COM will use this information to create your Privilege Card and, where applicable, mail you a Card and materials. You will receive Card materials that may include, but are not limited to, a Card with your Card number, inserts containing partner information about Partner SPOTS. When applying online, over the phone or with a mail-in application, the Card materials will be shipped within 7 days from time of purchase. Each order is for a single Cardholder only. 13SECTOR.COM does not permit the sharing of your Card, number or discounts with any other person. If 13SECTOR.COM reasonably believes that any of your Card materials are being used in any of these ways, 13SECTOR.COM reserves the right to cancel your Cardholder rights immediately. If you believe someone has used any of your Card materials without your authorization, please contact Card Services.

3.Fees

1-Year Card: Eligible individuals can sign-up for a 1-year Card. The current retail price of the one-year Card (the " Fee") is Rs. 199* plus an additional Rs. 25* for shipping and handling. You agree to pay the Fee when the charge is incurred. The 1-year Card is valid for a period of at least 12 months from the time of issue, as noted on the expiration date listed on the 1-year Card.

*Note: Pricing exceptions apply. 13SECTOR.COM reserves the right to modify the Fee at any time for any reason in its sole discretion without notice.

4. Card Use

Your Card and your Card number are your keys to 13SECTOR.COM savings, benefits and services. Carry your Card with you at all times. The Card is nontransferable and may only be used by the person whose name is printed or signed on the card. You must intimate the Partner SPOT before making a purchase at a participating Partner Spot that you intend to use the card at that respective location. No requests for Privileges or discounts will be entertained once the Bill is made.

Use of your Card In-store:

You must show your 13SECTOR.COM Privilege Card before you make a purchase at a participating sponsor. A PARTNER has the right to deny a discount if you do not present your Card before payment. Some Partner Spots will swipe your Card through their terminal in order to track purchases and use of the Card. They will not use the Card as a form of payment. 13SECTOR.COM uses this information to track Partner Spot performance to ultimately offer you better 13SECTOR.COM savings and offers.

13SECTOR.COM and participating Partner SPOTS are independent contractors. 13SECTOR.COM is not liable for any products or services provided by these Partner SPOTS.

Any use of the 13SECTOR.COM Privilege Card, or the associated Cardholder benefits and discounts in a manner that violates the rules or regulations of any participating Partner SPOT is prohibited by this Agreement and is grounds for termination of your 13SECTOR.COM Membership. 13SECTOR.COM reserves the right to cancel your Cardholder rights immediately in the event of such a violation.

5. Expiration and Cancellation

Your Card will expire on the date printed on the front of the card, which is at least 12 months from the date of purchase for 1-year Cards. 13SECTOR.COM reserves the right to terminate your Card at any given point in time if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement.

6. Lost Cards

If your Card is lost or stolen, 13SECTOR.COM charges a Rs. 50 replacement fee. You can report lost cards by contacting Card Services by sending e-mail to lostcard@13sector.com.

7. Information Updates

The 13SECTOR.COM Web site
The 13SECTOR.COM Web site (the "Site") offers the most up-to-date information on 13SECTOR.COM savings and partner benefits offered by participating Partner SPOTS. We take reasonable efforts to maintain the currency of our database of Partner SPOTS and their discounts. However, 13SECTOR.COM is not responsible for third parties' restrictions or changes to their offers not communicated to 13SECTOR.COM.

You may write a mail to cards@13SECTOR.COM with your ID Number to edit and update your account information and communication preferences. When changing information on your account you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Cardholders can search for 13SECTOR.COM savings and participating Partner SPOTS online. When you wish to purchase goods or services online at the Site or at a Partner Spot’s web site, you will be required to enter your Card number in order to receive the discount. You should contact the sponsor to confirm they offer the discount. Even though 13SECTOR.COM takes efforts to keep the listing of Partner SPOTS and 13SECTOR.COM savings up to date, 13SECTOR.COM is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information regarding the partner SPOT or its discount. You may submit corrections to Partner SPOTS or discounts in an email to offerupdate@13sector.com. For questions, concerns or suggestions e-mail info@13SECTOR.COM. An agent will answer your e-mail within 72 hours. In addition, as a Cardholder you agree to be bound by Terms of Use Agreement of the Site.

8. Partner SPOT Disputes

13SECTOR.COM is not responsible if a Partner SPOT changes its discount due to new ownership or acquisition. If you have a dispute with a Partner SPOT to report, 13SECTOR.COM will take commercially reasonable efforts to solve the dispute on your behalf.

You may report disputes with sponsor merchants by contacting Card Services. Reports must be submitted and mailed in written form with the following information: Partner SPOT name, Partner SPOT address, date of purchase, discount denied and purchase information.

13SECTOR.COM and its Partner SPOTS are independent contractors. 13SECTOR.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH ANY Partner SPOT OF THE DISCOUNT PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INACCURACY IN ADVERTISING MATERIAL OR FOR ANYLIABILITY RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM A PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANY Partner SPOT OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIVILEGE CARD PROGRAM.

9. E-mail Policy and Communication Preferences

Cardholders have the option to receive 13SECTOR.COM e-mail and/or mobile phone updates when they order their Cards. 13SECTOR.COM uses these updates to provide additional 13SECTOR.COM savings, special offers, site upgrades, new features, events, promotions and more. You have the option to e-mail us to opt out from receiving these e-mails using the link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail you may receive. You also have the option to email Card Services to opt out of receiving the mobile phone messages.

13SECTOR.COM reserves the right to e-mail you with information essential to your participation in our program (for example Card shipment information and Card expiration/renewal). You will not have the option to opt-out of e-mails of this nature.

10. CARD-A-FRIEND Program

If you want to gift a card to a friend or family member under the CARD – A FRIEND program, you will provide us all the information that is required for a normal enrollment. You also take the responsibility till the point of delivery of the Card to the person you are gifting the card to. Once the Card is delivered, the responsibility for the gifted card then lies with the person to whom the card has been gifted and all terms and condition provided in this agreement governing an individual card holder would apply.

11. Changes to offers or Partner SPOTS

Offers made available through the Privilege Card may change from time to time. 13SECTOR.COM reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the offers and/or participating Partner SPOTS at any time. In addition, Partner SPOTS may elect to change offers from time to time. 13SECTOR.COM will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the Site to reflect offer and/or sponsor changes. For a listing of current offers, Cardholders should visit www.13SECTOR.COM. If you become aware of a discontinued offer listed, please notify 13SECTOR.COM by sending an e-mail to cards@13SECTOR.COM. 13SECTOR.COM undertakes no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer discontinued.

By using the 13SECTOR.COM Privilege Card you acknowledge that any information we receive from or about you through the Card will be treated according to our Privacy Policy.
